Bill has spent the past 30 years as an administrator and teacher at Casper College, most recently serving as Associate Vice President for Student Services. Prior to that, he was the Public Relations Director for the college. Some still remember Bill as an award-winning sports and news writer and a radio and television journalist before he joined the Casper College staff. Bill is a past president of the Casper Kiwanis Club, a past president of the Casper Family YMCA, and has spent many hours for causes and events in our community, including efforts to bring state high school culminating events to Casper and events like the College National Finals Rodeo. Bill currently serves in the Wyoming State Senate, representing east Casper and Evansville. While in the Senate he has been recognized for his efforts on behalf of mental health, veterans and military families and education issues. He is chairman of the School Facilities Select Committee and serves on the Education and Revenue Committees. Bill and his wife Robyn have two boys, Nick and Zack, and a daughter Hailey. He loves the outdoors: golf, hunting, fishing, snow and water skiing. He is an avid Wyoming Cowboy fan.
